Kim has presented over 250 trainings for school, staff, administrators, school resource officers, county attorney staff on special education due process issues and care and treatment facility issues. She was the speaker at St. Thomas University for Principal/Special Education Directors Licensing classes on student discipline process and special education issues. And she has held training sessions for the Minnesota Department of Human Services staff on data practices, licensing, background studies, and the Vulnerable Adults Act.
